After a night's rest they are then individually cut, before being coated with cocoa powder, with the exception of candied ginger. The final step exalts their natural flavours: a thin coating of dark chocolate... For a very delicious and delectable result.

Meet Our Producers
It was in Haute-Corse, in the small village of Soveria, a place where the art of confisage lives on, that Chef Quentin Francis-Gaigneux set out to meet his citrus growers.
Oranges, lemons and grapefruits are grown with care and passion.
Our dark chocolate-covered fruits are meticulously selected, delicately harvested, rested overnight and cut one by one before being coated with cocoa powder.
Finally, the original flavor of the fruit is exalted.
