Our exceptional bar from the Congo is a true chocolate treasure. Made from cocoa beans grown in the rich, fertile soil of this region, then roasted in the heart of Paris, it reveals all the aromatic power of 75% dark chocolate. Each bite reveals deep, complex aromas, with intense notes that testify to the richness of the Congolese terroir. With our Cru d'Exception bars, we celebrate the diversity and authenticity of cocoa beans, for a unique taste journey to the heart of Africa.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (Congo), cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fleur de sel. Cocoa : 75% min. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, milk, sesame, soya, gluten, mustard and nuts.
